Administrative Manager/Office Manager

This is an exempt position with full benefits that include single BC/BS health and dental, 2 weeks vacation 1st year, paid sick leave, KPERS retirement, health and dental BC/BS.

Partial list of duties:  Acts in the absence of the Administrator, analyzes and organizes office operations and procedures such as bookkeeping, preparation of payrolls, personnel, information management, filing systems, requisition of supplies, and other clerical services, Supervises preparation of the monthly accounts payable, insurance records, and payroll. Directs Administrative Office staff:  determine work responsibilities; set work schedules; and assess performance. Prepares documents for distribution to Board members and serves as Recording Secretary to the CKLS Executive Committee and HR KPERS/insurance rep.
